FISHING:

Sailfishing averages have jumped to nearly 3 shots per boat. There has been an absence of TUNA in the area. Inshore the waters have cleared up and the ROOSTERFISH are cooperating, especially on live bait. Several fish in the 60 - 65 lb class were reported. YELLOWTAIL JACKS and BONITO filled the inshore bag but were far less numerous than in the last few weeks.
